FAQS

CANCELLATION POLICY 

In case the Retreat needs to be cancelled due to government restrictions or any other applicable regulations, you will receive a full refund, excluding a €50 fee. This fee covers administration costs and upfront expenses.

If you exhibit Covid-19 symptoms (fever, loss of smell or taste, etc.) or receive a positive test result, please refrain from attending the retreat. Upon providing a doctor's note or positive test result, you will receive a full refund, excluding a €50 fee to cover administration costs and upfront expenses.

 

Refunds based on the cancellation period:

- 80% refund: Cancellation up to 90 days before the first day of the retreat
- 50% refund: Cancellation up to 60 days before the first day of the retreat
- No refund: Cancellation up to 30 days before the first day of the retreat

 

Please note that a €50 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds.

DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE TO JOIN?

All levels welcome! While we encourage beginners to join us, it's important to have a basic understanding of aerial silk. This includes knowing some key moves, being able to climb the silk, and at least one type of inversion.

TO WHICH BANK ACCOUNT SHOULD I MAKE MY PAYMENT AFTER I HAVE REGISTERED ONLINE?

After you have registered, you will receive an email with payment instructions.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF IT RAINS?

We are flexible to adapt our program in case of rain, and we will have access to a gym with high ceiling.

MAY I CHOOSE WHO I SHARE THE ROOM WITH?

When you register online, you can let us know who you would like to share a room with by email with subject “Room Sharing”. This applies for couples and friends who would like to share a room with each other.

DO I NEED VISA TO ENTER CROATIA ?

Entry requirements vary depending on the type of passport you use for travel.

Before you travel, check with your transportation company about passport requirements. Its rules on passport validity may be more stringent than the country’s entry rules.

The majority of foreign visitors don’t need a visa to enter Croatia, including, but not limited to, EU countries, the UK, the USA, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Foreign citizens of those countries can enter Croatia, and stay here for 90 days within 180 days period.

WHAT ARE THE WAYS TO GET TO ISTRIA?

Flights to Istria:

Pula is the gateway city to Istria with an airport that receives charter and scheduled flights during the summer season, also  Zagreb, Venice and Trieste it's a option. 

Flights fall off  between October and May. 

Ferries to Istria:

From Italy, there are summer passenger boats from Venice and Cesenatico to Rovinj, Porec, Umag and Pula. None of these ferries run all year. Service starts from April and ends around October, depending on the route.

Trains to Istria:

The main train stations in Istria are in Pula and Pazin. In addition to inconvenient connections to Zagreb, there's a convenient train connection from Pula to Ljubljana, Slovenia that runs daily from spring to fall and takes 4 3/4 hours

 

Buses to Istria:

From Pula, Zagreb, Trieste and Venice. Italy and from Slovenia there are daily buses to Istria plus very frequent buses from Zagreb's bus station to all Istrian destinations and daily trains from Zagreb to Rijeka which is well-connected by bus with Istria.
