Our retreat is for people who want a full immersion into aerial training in a welcoming surrounding.

Learn technique and skills, work on goals of strength, flexibility and have lots of fun! 

This is a time to improve your training and love for aerial arts!

AERIAL YOGA WITH DANA AUGUŠTIN

MICROMOVEMENT YOGA/ FLEXIBILITY, BALANCE &

STRENGTH PROGRAM 

  • Activates the whole body –  increases flexibility and mobility, introduces new ways of moving, tones all the muscles, reduces pain, gets you into great shape

  • Activates the hormone system – rises your energy level, improves your health, improves your sleep and mood

  • Teaches you how combine breathing and movement – increases your performance, reduces fatigue and muscle ache, improves body regeneration

  • Teaches you techniques (exercises) of a thorough warming up as well as stretching, that can be of a great use for your other activities, preventing injuries, enabling you to work in a safe way

  • Gives you a solid basis for a safe performance of inverted and balancing postures - increases blood circulation, physical and mental balance, rises energy levels

LOCATION 

Our Yoga Retreat in Austria is located in the mountains of Karnten at 1000m above sea level. The retreat space includes a charming 185-year-old guesthouse with four wooden rooms, each with private bathrooms. Our yoga studio has a 6.5-meter high ceiling and a separate entrance. Surrounding our retreat are beautiful green slopes, hiking trails, and stunning mountains with glacier lakes. Join us for a rejuvenating experience in this serene setting.

FOOD

At our retreat, all your meals are included, and we proudly serve delicious vegan cuisine throughout the day. We cater to special dietary needs, including allergies and specific meal plans. Our kitchen prioritizes natural ingredients and avoids preservatives or artificial flavors. You can enjoy mindful and conscious cooking, with quality grains used in our plant-based meals. Additionally, we provide tea, water, hot water, and seasonal fruits in the dining area for your refreshment.

EARLY BIRD 1220 EUR/ person ( Early bird pricing available until January.)

REGULAR rate 1320 EUR/ person (Regular pricing starts February.)
